Our Xmas stay was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, with shopping, restaurants, and transportation all at our doorstep. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the fact that we were able to leave our luggage before check-in time. The spacious bedroom and cozy living room with warm lighting were perfect for relaxing. And the balcony and terrace provided a lovely evening atmosphere. It was everything we needed and more!
The lack of cleanliness upon arrival. We found hairs and stains in the bed, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned either.
